I see your point about the judges belief not being a good enough reason involving a specific case, but I think you are also discounting that there might be a personal conflict with Trump regarding Curiel's Immigration beliefs and actions, and personal involvement with a group that advocates publicly against Trumps public agenda.

And, back to my point....Curiel is NOT a supreme court judge, and Trump did not say he was unfit for such a role because if his race. That is exactly what was stated in the article. So my point is, they need to tell the truth and not ADD in there own lies.
