Broke, CEO dialing for dollars unsuccessfully! No third party validation of intrinsic value of the patents, no market reaction whatsoever to either formal response, over a BILLION outstanding shares, and on and on.

Yeah, couldn't be any better!

"If" they don't get these petitions denied - tell you what, that's a big IF, and IF no denial then how to fund continued efforts? Dilution like you've never seen it before!
