Hell yeah they could be in a "better position". Gimme a break... They could've kept the plan, continued to develop the vsp aspect, and by now likely become the leader of the pack............................................................. That is of course.............if the patents were truly all that.......... Hmmm...maybe they found out they weren't all that needed or desired after all.....
