Breakout occurs when Insiders purchase more shares, when the first commercial deal is announced, when trade magazines cover MKRS technology, coupled with the next Quarterly Report-- or a large defense contractor purchases MKRS. Right now, this stock is greatly undervalued. MKRS hovered around 30 cents for a long time in 2005 and that was with the burden of the preferred shares. The Insiders who gave up their preferred shares are expecting a Return On Investment-- having gone from 13 to 23 cents on the Navy's 5 year contract is just a drop in the bucket.
