After this POS news, who would buy WWTH ?

"Peak One" will convert $270,337.62 into common shares at market prices.
At todays price (.0003) that is an additional 901,125,400 shares of common stock.
If we go to .0001 that is 2.7 billion more shares and a NO Bid situation.
WWTH has only authorized 510,000,000 shares, and they will have to either change the share structure to add into the billions column or reverse split this.

All the above is my opinion, after all who would believe me anyway since I drive a 1975 Vega!
