guessing is fun. MSFT letter is lame (see below) so, my guess is the $GSAT TLPS deal is still alive and well- see below - let's see how it goes:

Microsoft's latest ex parte and testing is a joke.
XBox360 used a proprietary wireless standard for their consoles, it was very susceptible to interference.
The only device they report on is XBox360? Out of all their devices?! If other devices were affected, we would know. Sketchy...
