The link is correct and I was correct in stating it is a mixed zone complex, mostly apartments/studios and all have the 'open' look where builders and developers cheap out and not put in finish walls or ceilings. Do you realize how much they pocket in profit when they can sell a technically unfinished studio at top of the line finished prices and call them trendy?

Anyways, apartments look just like offices without any other reference pictures. Also, it's almost a normal routine to build under one zone ordinance then change later. The office stuff probably is a late edition to keep rentals up.

Regardless, only one person is saying they have been there. Are the pictures on this board somewhere? I missed free search happy hour.

''new''crtl failed with the mines, cosmetics and cars and they all were empty shell games, none of them produced actual income for the companies, only gifted stock and stock sells for the assorted owners and cronies. Blue jeans are just another bait and switch...deja vue all over again. The car thing was especially 'special' as one year it was on display at the Detroit Auto Show. Or so said the insiders and paid pumper clowns.
Unfortunately for them, it was proven revenge didn't have a car on display in any show. Revenge carted in some car in the back lot, set it up like a display and took pictures like it was in the show. If I remember correctly, there was no engine. It was all a sham. Some revenge personal are being litigated right now I believe and some of the other cronies are now working behind the scenes with the crtl scam. Crooks never let go of control, and apparently never think they'll get caught.
