The company was bought in January 2015 by the the President David Rhodes. I think before you make judgements you should visit the office and talk to him like I did. Seems like you are just trying to cause trouble for the company instead of getting the facts.
I agree that the company's history was horrible. However, I think that David Rhodes is trying to make this company work despite all the obstacles. You should probably talk to him, go by the office and do some real due diligence before posting more speculations. There's a lot of potential here given half a chance.
