It's a fact that the storage facility operates.
AND
It's a fact that the gas well operates.

Which coincides with facts that George Snyder bought Westmoreland glass factory back in 1984 for $75,000 and then spent an unspecified amount of money turning the property into NG storage facility.....


If the storage facility and gas well been operating since 2008, would that be enough time for dominion resources to retrofit the storage and gas well facility? Who has to drive their tank trucks out to the property to the operating storage and gas well so the storage don't over flow?
Maybe dominion resources retrofitted the storage well and gas well to be huge?
Just my own opinion of speculations....
