Understood. All I can say in response is it was my understanding that ANY and ALL former officers with the original TVOG would have nothing to do with the new company. All new management would be brought in. So the people you are referring to, and I know who they are, would be out. Honestly that was the least of my worries here.

The big worry, and the one that ended up stopping this dead in its tracks from what I am told, is pure and simply....money. Or the lack of it to do the deal.

At this point the odds of anything happening here are less than 10% imo. At least until they try again in a year or two.
