Oh I believe they're trying to make it look legitimate so that maybe new suckers will buy in after they successfully merge it with a lackluster company that supposedly brings in decent revenue. That's IF the deals even get done. One of the guys behind this has a horrible track record of finishing deals, and I can list 4 other companies he's been apart of that have failed miserably and left many bagholders. The history of the this man, and the other individual behind the scenes here is what's important, and their interests do not align with those of the shareholders. Buyer beware.
