$SFOR Duo, Centrify and Trustwave have no other option but to settle. Also this is not going to be $9.7m + settlement like Microsoft , 3x min of this and possibly 10x.

I am not just excited for these 3 infringers who are in a process of settlement , but for those BIG ones that will follow like Google, SalesForce , Yahoo, Symantec and 1000's other as Mark works with his four pronged strategy laid out earlier this year and Patent Litigation is one of it to bring in some serious cash into the company.

It will also not surprise me to see Kay is doing some serious buyback of shares at some point when he has surplus cash sitting on the balance sheet.

With large scale enterprise contract signed, Deals with OEM 's done and licensing of its technology to both software and hardware manufactures done and two new management hired few weeks back, I expect they are going all out to hit the market hard. 5m-10m unit sales is not out of question, and do the math. Add to it large scale enterprise deals, OEM's and licensing revenue from hardware and software manufactures.

Plus all patent infringement dollars that that will be a big kicker for the bottom line.
