I win if the following happens in 12 months:

Any RS
Any OTC halt
8/21/2017 passes and still dead or near death

You win if the following situation happens before 12 months is out:

Any "real" trade above .0003 like 1 million shares or more
A real bid of 30-mil+ forms during a single day @ .0002 and at least 2 Ask hits at .0003 happens.
