I don't read that as buying the Company...

Seems clear to me, but I don't know for sure.
You read it as buying the Company and Assets?

My limited knowledge with ISO Cert was a real hassle, almost endless changes were required... And then more changes after each inspection. Even the location of a refrigerator was a problem and it had to be moved.
