It is my understanding that Marc/IFUS won the federal case, which was an absurd claim of Racketeering against Marc which was thrown out as silly and had no evidence. All the federal court did was get rid of a dead case they wanted to dispose of for good, by throwing out all the claims made against IFUS/Marc and saying what we all already knew, that IFUS did in fact borrow a loan, and not $250,000 as the boot brother claimed but less.

BUT!!!! But the federal court did not NOT give them a judgement to collect until the state case is over. I wonder why????

Could it be that the Federal judge knew that the loan would be covered by a massive judgment several times the loan and interest amount in the state case? I think so. We will see.
