His comments are great fun to contemplate but retained earnings is not part of the MLP scheme of things. I wonder how much can be withheld while remaining legal under the 90% earnings distribution basis required by Uncle Taxman? $2,50 would hand me $17,500/yr.

Do you happen to know about boundaries required of the implied flexibility obviously in play here?
