Then his replay said they are starting their first men's clinic in September in Towson, MD, right after Labor Day. Expect to start two clinics annually with an anticipated annual revenue of $2.5M.

Apparently, too many problems with YMA prevented that agreement from being completed.

The 10k and two 10q's will be done by the end of September according to his accountant and auditor.
