you've answered my basic premise.


That's why I was using insurance MGA setups, because being your background you can see how the two parralel each other (both highly regulated industries) and the need for everyone with any obligations to the customers having to be "registered/licensed".


(by the way, you ask me in one topic why i would bring up insurance licensing, then you turn around and use the example to explain your thought process - not sure if you purposely do this but this is when conversations go awry [at least for me])
