The default is meaningless at this point, IMO. ISC has made it very clear that they will be able to cover the debt, and they also have given very strong indications of being able to buy Zapata.

So the end result is a debt free and profitable company with extremely exciting products - moreso than ETD was, and $20m in the bank.
