Everything I see happening with IMSC is a story line I've seen in countless other pinks.
Often, like with IMSC, there is a legitimate business.
Unfortunately the shareholders rarely get a return from their long term investment. (sound familiar?)
The only way to play IMSC in my opinion is to flip shares. Anything invested for the long term should be house money.
Then, no matter what price I sell, it will be for a profit.
Once the LOI becomes a reality and the AS is at 650,000,000 or more, it will be time to sell.
All in my opinion.
BTW, all should be concerned that the hype surrounding Zapata has obscured the fact that IMSC is in default with their debt covenants.
IMSC is currently a failed business with an LOI dangled in front of shareholders like a carrot in front of a donkey.
