Stunted PPS response relative to my expectation. Interesting...Obviously MY personal expectation doesn't hold much weight, but this is almost better news than the US Army contract in certain ways and yet you don't see the rush to buy in.

Again, it looks like whoever's in is in already. That doesn't bode well for growth potential in the short term without EXPLOSIVE news.
