I interpret this as not a mass production facility



Where does it state that one cannot "mass produce" sample quantities, if so inclined?

KBLB sets the parameters with which to define "sample," as always.


Forward thinking for a moment....

If the additional 900k comes into play, with respect to the DOD contract, KBLB will most certainly need that facility up and running.

The military door is now open....

How wide remains to be seen.
