"misguiding to any new investors that come to this board."

Here's how I see the issue. Most of Cellceutix's problem with investors dissatisfaction and even funding more trials revolves around the current depressed share price.

I have been searching around for ways that Cellceutix's management can artificially inflate their share price so they can keep current investors happy and fund more trials with less dilution.

I believe I may have stumbled across a perfect solution.

Cellceutix just needs to sign up for a major healthcare conference and submit a "misleading" title for their upcoming presentation. Think of the advantages of this technique. Investors will glob onto the title, especially if they make it something dramatic it will be spread around the message boards like its actually a valid expectation. Now here is the real trick. Just prior to the presentation management can rename the presentation to a realistic title. I like this technique because I'm pretty sure it's not illegal even though it could be considered intentionally "misguiding" investors.

I have seen this technique used effectively by other companies. Hey as long as the stock price is increasing no one will mind will they?
