All I know is the sooner KBLB can get the shoot packs to the ARMY; through whomever the manufacturer will be....

The better for all concerned.

Army testing can be extensive at times, so they'll probably perform initial testings, then let KBLB know if the necessary performance parameters were met, to allow the other 900K to come into play.

Now here is where I wouldn't mind a forward-looking statement on the estimation of delivery.....
