I tend to believe investor confidence is rebuilding. I may be a bit ahead of myself but my gut instincts are talking. The FED is wrong in keeping interest rates down. I think they even know that, but politics become very absurd. Politics actually can become very obstructive when it comes to the stock market. At least for this instance in regards to financials and rates, sometimes the FED is very useful.
