Interesting. I hadn't expected that as I thought the request to be reasonable. I suspect the judge wants to get this off his desk and done with already. It is obviously a trifling matter consisting of very little money, a whole lot of angst and questionable business practices best left to the SEC to resolve.

But what do I know?
