My advice to everyone, make sure that the stock is in your name, not the 'street name' at some broker (you have to actually request the stock certificates to do this).
When the stock is now longer able to trade, those holding company share certificates will still own that 'share' of the company. It is just now you will not have a public market to trade them in.
You will have to either negotiate with David Groen or get/find an accredited investor that is willing to privately purchase the company shares.
My further advice is that those of you that own substantial (in % terms) amounts of GNBA, should immediately band together and initiate a legal letter to Groen. Somehow, you will **have** to get his attention.
