The AMEX may also be an option. The lowest listing pps is %2.00 with other requirements. I agree, the smaller the R/S, the easier their task will be.

Mr.Fong's buying may also have been to give CGG a solid voting majority. The right to R/S expires at EOY. now they can extend it easily.

It's pretty obvious that CGG is committed to increasing the PPS, but I sure can't read the tea leaves.
