I don't think there would be any accusation of insider trading. It's been public knowledge that 2016 guidance-and it was stated as INITIAL guidance would be 7-9.5 mil?. With the light q1, it should not be a surprise if q2 is quite a bit more.
Mike however stated that they expect rev. To ramp up in the last 2 q.
One thing for sure is without Mr. Wong buying we continue to see a thinly traded stock.
With exercisable warrants at 30 cents his ownership of BIO-key will be substantial.
Any major announcements regarding mobile payments and we prob see a nice run on the stock.
What price is needed for NASDAQ listing?
Perhaps any reverse split we need will be minimal.
We now have a strong insider on the Board who might want to minimize dilution.
