As I said many times market doesn't trust SUNW's especially with all that questionable shenanigancy with toxic financing, constant attempts by the CEO for more dilution, his attempts to give BOD (his cronies) unquestionable powers and shafting common shareholders. And finally after I read BOD's background there are serious problems there related to corporate governance. As I said many times $2.77 is out of reach. imo
