It is so sad that twice now when JN didn't get his way with the vote results he cancels the meeting, with the hope that by delaying the meeting, somehow miraculously he can have the vote come out the way he wants it.

Meanwhile, his actions or lack of, results in the stock price ever going lower.

Growth looks good, tax credit renewed,sales look good yet stock price dwindles.

Why?

Outside market forces? Dead sector? Lack of profit? Dilution?
or CEO issues?

It been almost a year and a half since the reverse split, and all that great news yet the stock price is worth half it's value.
