I'm convinced Sungevity IPO will assist in an upside correction here. When the financials for SUNG are released for the IPO, SUNW being a similar business will be a nice comparison. The market caps are just too dis-similar for revenue that isn't' nearly as dissimilar.

This article shows the SUNG market cap will be about 600M, while SUNW is barely 46.

Our top line will be over 100 million this year, will Sungevity's be 13x that? I doubt it...

The voting is a non-issue imo.
