Thanks for the due diligence.

Nice company transparency. 8-K IS REQUIRED for material events but this clown show does not even file quarterly or yearly reports anymore.

Failure to plug the well upon abandoning it.

I assume all the Rice leases are on the same property owners land, but could be wrong there...
