Not sure what your continued point is in revealing these share sales. As you know, dilution is the only way, for now, for the company to attain money, until we begin earning money.

Once things are set up in Vietnam, and we begin full scale production, we will begin to earn money. Then, the need to dilute will lessen. Even if we reach one billion shares, once we begin earning money, a 1 for 10 reverse split takes us to only 100 million OS.

Also, you forget about a possible JV with some entity, which would also help us financially.

I believe we will receive a PR regarding financing sometime this summer.
