I announced it 2 week backs. Can't yet remove R at a decent price after a year and none will buy with R after 6 mo and near none will deposit at all current PPS so is a dusty drawer file but if you want them at a good discount about 50% .025-.03 negotiated on $ amt. can still get some. lf you have plenty trading you just hold and value them at mkt PPS in own accounts. A mil R cert today is $49,800 to my mind. Call, Deb if interested. No material event and is reported on SEC 10s financial section. Way all get started. Not that many involved believe me to affect buy/sell in mkt. Gamble is IF you sell .045 to buy .03 must wait a year, pay to remove R and no assurance but own opine will ever be worth more so few do. Instead just buy on days dips but rather small lots not mils or half mil shares. I've now over 7 mil dustys from .09 to .01 biding time in production. Forced saving can't sell. 8
