Hi 8, what do you mean by a cheap PP cert? Are they being discounted to the current share price? Cause that would explain all the selling at .045-.05 to buy certs at a reduced price. Even with a 6 month restriction, sounds like a hell of a deal. Who do I contact?
I am no expert on the matter, but as an SEC filer, wouldn't private placements be a material events and require a filing within 3 days of money changing hands?
