how the f***! does a compant buy-out a public companies assets and not be responsible for the companies shareholders & shares? If u buy the companies ability to operate that is the same thing as buying the company itself which includes its responsibility to shareholders/shares WTF kind of scam happened here. This cant be legal WTF!
