The answer is simple. Telogis didn't buy out the company. They purchased assets in foreclosure from the creditors. That is why Telogis never had anything to do with RMTD shareholders and why Verizon has nothing to do with RMTD shareholders. It's the reason why nobody ever sued Telogis.
