So Telogis owns RMTD and Verizon owns Telogis and Verizon is obviously a publicly traded company , then doesnt Verizon have no choice but to pay shareholders of RMTD some form of payment whether it be Verizon stock or cash? I mean WTF!!!!! Verizon should pay us RMTDer's something and we shareholders should have some say about what that payment will be!??? Right!??? We should all start calling up Verizon and complaining BIG-TIME if RMTD shareholders do not get compensated in the deal! And we should all file a class action lawsuit against Verizon if they screw us RMTD shareholders.
