It would be nice to find out thru Telgois Finish company to show the details of the RMTD buyout.

Heck, Hughes shareholders used the buyout in their court documents as a valuation model when they won hundreds of millions from Verizon!!

If that is so, then Verizon's attorneys would be on it. Contact them and ask what their plans are.

If that were true then Verizon would have been obligated to submit a filing since both Verizon and rmtd are public companies.

Since they didn't submit a filing its proof that telogis has nothing to do with rmtd.
