I'm not sure why you think bc dialysis is growing at low single digits we don't have an obesity epidemic. We've been obese for so long the prevalence can't get much higher and we're already past the rapid rise in the downstream effects such as ESRD. Look at China now if you want to see a country that has yet to feel the full effects of a growing obesity problem (we've already been there for a long time)
