Well, technically ITD can still make mobile clinics. Nothing, not even Kallo can stop them from doing so, but that has no relevance to us shareholders.

Even if ITD goes public, that still doesn't benefit us shareholders holding Kallo shares. And I've already ironed out last week why I firmly do NOT believe ITD will ever absorb or merge with Kallo, or why any other company would absorb or merge with Kallo, and additionally, why I don't believe ITD will ever go public. There is no need to.

The only real way ITD would go public, is if they were bought by a larger very successful PTC. IMO
