Why wouldn't ITD want to go public? They are pretty much a regional/Canadian business entity. If they are ambitious and desire to be more global, they need public funding avenues to facilitate and expedite expansion. The recent acquisition of the large facility kinda fits this line of thinking... and public markets could provide the support necessary to leverage the facility.
Hmmm... Timeline of preceding events make this very plausible....
