I never claimed that Mother Ease was not a legitimate company - just that I didn't know yet because it was taking a long time to get it. When we called Mother Ease after the product had not arrived after being shipped 9 days earlier, they called UPS to find out where it was and were told that it had been damaged in transit. They didn't know until they called UPS. Maybe Winning Brands is doing the drop shipping, which is why they didn't know. I don't know, but the second time it was shipped, they called us and gave us a tracking number. The first time, we didn't have a tracking number. All I know is that it took a long time to get it. The wife loves the product though so what can I say - I love the products but hate the company.
