He was referring to what was taking so damn long for them to ship out his order...if memory serves the excuse was given to him that some courier company supposedly damaged his order in transit...but if that was the case then the courier company would've contacted him instead of him having to reach out to the company several days after he had placed his order!

What's far more likely is that the mother-ease cloth selling diaper website doesn't even process the shipping on eric's once or twice per year KIND laundry detergent orders. All they do is allow eric a spot on their site to try to flog his detergent to their customers while eric's responsible for the shipping arrangements on any KIND detergent orders that do come in!
