Developed land in Baja coupled with an experienced property developer and builder that controls 13,900 acres and is quickly becoming established in Baja California... not priceless, but much of this land will be converted to developed properties such as resorts or planned communities worth 100x... 1000x the original cost of the land.

Mexico is very proud to have 3 Natural World Heritage Sites. Two of the Sites are located in the Baja California peninsula.
The first Site is the Whale Sanctuary of El Vizcaino, located on the central pacific coast of the Baja California peninsula.
