Kim announces a contract with the U.S. government, that will be GOLDEN.

I'd like to think so too, but so many times in the past what was perceived to be GOLDEN turned out to another substance. I guess it will depend on what is in the contract, or more accurately what is revealed to be in the contract. A contract to provide material to the government for testing won't do much for the SP, IMO. Even the testing of a new vest, through Warwick, won't excite to many major buyers, IMO. The government is always giving out grants to experimental companies. Now if the Army or some other branch comes out and says yes, we'd like to buy 100,000 vests then the price will go up. Of course Kim has to be able to provide Warwick with the silk to produce all those vests.
