That very well could be true. One would hope they would have that kind of thing ironed out by this time. But maybe you are right, maybe that is why they are making the new strains. We may never know, or we will find out long after the delays are done.
I have always hoped from reading the PR's that the new strains were because of specific requests from interested parties. I assume each interested party may need a slightly different product. So it would be great if KBLB were able to quickly tailor a new strain for each interested party fast. that would be a great selling point.
