Is Baltia now alluding there is still a chance of SEC enforcement action?
Originally they told us: the SEC officially closed the investigation as having no intent to recommend enforcement.

Now it sounds like Baltia is still subject to enforcement actions; depending upon what discoveries are made during Barry's trial.
"an SEC letter to Baltia stated that the SEC does not intend to recommend an enforcement action by the Commission against Baltia."
