Today's news = more Baltia string along... not a single bit of PROGRESS!!!

Self acknowledged NO MONEY... NO FIRM INVESTORS... still desperately seeking any investor who is gullible enough to believe in this company...

Self acknowledged NO PLANE... NO LEASE... NOTHING!

And most misleadingly... making the SEC's decision not to go ahead with enforcement action some sort of vindication of Baltia's behaviour. It is not! I would suggest the SEC found plenty of wrongdoing but the simple fact is it is hard to prosecute the dead guy...

It is, however, much easier to prosecute the living... hence the situation Mr. Clare finds himself in.
